Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in healthcare IT focusing on revenue cycle and patient access operations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing application teams.
• Expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle and Patient Access applications within complex healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle workflows and clinical-financial integration.
• Proven track record in leading large, cross-functional projects and system implementations.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Epic Patient Access and Revenue Cycle application teams.
• Provide strategic direction for Epic applications including scheduling and billing processes.
• Oversee design, build, testing, implementation, and optimization of Epic systems.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate business requirements into Epic solutions.
• Ensure systems meet regulatory compliance and organizational policies.
• Maintain application roadmaps aligned with access and financial strategies.
• Manage large-scale implementations and enhancements, ensuring successful execution.
