As an Automotive Industry Leader, you will drive the growth of Capgemini's North American Automotive footprint by expanding existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities. This is a consulting leadership role where business growth, account development, and high-value consulting delivery go hand in hand. You will build trusted executive relationships, deliver measurable client value, and position Capgemini Intelligent Business Operations (IBO) Integrated Supply Chain and Procurement as the preferred partner for transformation initiatives. You will also help shape strategy, drive growth, and coach and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the execution of strategic objectives as part of the IBO Integrated Supply Chain and Procurement leadership team.
• Expand Capgemini's Automotive consulting presence across North America.
• Build and maintain C-suite relationships within key Automotive accounts.
• Secure new business opportunities while growing existing client engagements.
• Define and enhance the North American Automotive consulting portfolio.
• Lead Automotive sales efforts for IBO Integrated Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Oversee delivery of major Automotive consulting engagements.
• Drive client satisfaction, account growth, and long-term partnerships.
What You'll Bring
You are a recognized Automotive and Supply Chain leader with deep expertise in mobility transformation and the evolving automotive value chain. You have extensive experience leading consulting engagements, managing executive relationships, and driving measurable business results.
Areas of expertise include:
• Connected, Autonomous, Shared, and Electrification (CASE) trends.
• Automotive value chain transformation and mobility ecosystems.
• Vehicle ownership, subscription, leasing, and shared mobility models.
• Connected vehicle technologies, autonomous vehicles, and electrification (Hybrid, BEV, and Fuel Cell).
• Executive stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
You will also bring consulting leadership experience in:
• Innovation and Strategy
• Direct and Indirect Procurement Strategy & Operations
• Supply Chain Operations and Management
• Operations Transformation
• Technology Transformation
• Insights and Analytics
Qualifications
• Proven success developing thought leadership, POVs, RFIs, and RFP responses.
• Strong track record of business development and account management across the full sales lifecycle.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
• Strong executive presence, credibility, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented, collaborative, and customer-focused approach.
Location Requirement
Onsite four days per week in our Nashville, TN office.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $107,580 - $321,175.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
