Responsibilities

The USCYBERCOM J2 directorate moves fast - and the people at the top need someone they can count on to keep everything running. Peraton is looking for an Intelligence Management Specialist specializing in Executive Support to serve as the organizational backbone of USCYBERCOM J2 at Fort Meade, MD.

In this role, you'll be the primary administrative support to the AJ2-Cyber Operations (CO) and the Director of Intelligence - managing conferences, taskers, VTCs, staffing charts, and front office coordination at the highest levels of the command. You'll be the person senior leaders rely on to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. What You'll Do
  • Serve as primary administrative support to the AJ2-Cyber Operations (CO) and Director of Intelligence, USCYBERCOM J21
  • Manage all J2-lead conferences including Town Halls, Off Sites, and executive-level meetings - from planning through execution
  • Manage all USCYBERCOM J21 taskers including compiling, staffing, refining, and submitting completed taskers on time
  • Coordinate and schedule senior-level Video Teleconference (VTC) meetings and secure appropriate conference rooms
  • Disseminate documents and materials for executive daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings
  • Create and maintain Command-wide organization and staffing charts
  • Manage supply ordering and coordinate monthly J2 Orientation for new employees
  • Support the USCYBERCOM J2 Functional Area Agreement Manager (FAAM) by coordinating, developing, and drafting support agreement actions
  • Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support
  • Author and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives


Qualifications

What You Bring

Required:
  • Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph
  • Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BA/BS or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD
  • Working knowledge of executive administrative support, tasker management, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise reports and documents in Microsoft Office formats
  • Proficiency with Defense Travel System (DTS), Excel, SharePoint, and VTC systems
  • Understanding of cross-domain data transfer systems and intelligence dissemination processes
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, senior leadership environment

Preferred:
  • Experience providing executive administrative support to senior government or military leadership (GO/FO level)
  • Background in conference management, tasker management, or Functional Area Agreement (FAA) management
  • Familiarity with USCYBERCOM J2 organizational structure and administrative processes
  • Experience with JWICS, SIPRNet, and NIPRNet cross-domain transfer systems
  • Knowledge of DoD Functional Area Agreement (FAA) processes and DIAI 5520.001 requirements
  • 12+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years
  • Master's degree in a related field - or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)


Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
