Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in managing complex technical intelligence/counterintelligence programs/projects.
• Master's degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field (e.g., Intelligence or Counterintelligence).
• Current TS clearance with SCI eligibility is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical authority for the contract team, ensuring oversight and quality of all technical tasks.
• Provide technical leadership over intelligence and counterintelligence requirements, including cyber forensics and operations.
• Serve as the key technical liaison to government stakeholders, promoting integration across all functional areas.
• Lead and mentor contractor teams to ensure adherence to quality and timeliness standards set by the government.
• Ensure all work aligns with DoD, MDA, and security directives, and maintain an understanding of PWS requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and be the first point of escalation for on-site challenges.
