Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree
• 5+ years of relevant IP portfolio management experience
• State bar membership and USPTO eligibility
• Strong academic background in electrical engineering or computer science
• Willingness to gain in-depth knowledge of the company's technology
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written

Responsibilities

• Lead the development strategy for Arista's intellectual property portfolio
• Coordinate patent harvesting activities
• Collaborate with outside patent counsel to draft and prosecute patents
• Support IP-related litigation activities
• Provide IP support for licensing negotiations and acquisitions
• Advise management on various intellectual property matters
