Position Overview:The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-driven leader responsible for turning vision into execution. You will manage the day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure team alignment in a rapidly expanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Leadership: Implement and execute the EOS framework to align teams, streamline operations, and meet company goals.
- Team Management: Lead department heads to ensure all operations, from sales to installation, run efficiently and on schedule.
- Scaling Growth: Optimize business processes to handle increasing demand while maintaining the company's reputation for delivering high-quality bathroom renovations in just 1-2 days.
- KPI Management: Track key performance indicators and ensure accountability across all levels of the organization.
- Problem Solving: Identify issues and roadblocks, ensuring swift resolution to maintain smooth, efficient workflows.
- Vision Execution: Work closely with the Visionary (CEO) to translate long-term company vision into actionable plans and measurable results.
What We're Looking For:- Proven EOS Experience: 3+ years as an EOS Integrator, with a demonstrated ability to scale businesses.
