ASD has completed four successful integrations under our current leadership team, and we are ready to accelerate. We are deliberate about who we acquire, partnering only with companies whose culture aligns with ours. This role will help us grow faster while strengthening the culture that makes ASD who we are. Our team has developed an integration playbook. You will take that playbook, optimize it based on what we learn from each acquisition, and make it a repeatable process that ASD can run with every deal.

Culture & People
- Serve as ASD's point of contact at acquired companies: explain the why, answer questions, and build trust with new teams.

Back Office
- Integrate finance and accounting, payroll, purchasing, contracts, insurance, licensing, and vendor relationships.
- Track synergies (cost and revenue) against the deal model and report results.
Building the Integration Capability
- Optimize ASD's existing integration playbook, checklists, and templates after each deal so the process is repeatable.
- Capture lessons learned and apply them to the next acquisition.
- Recruit and develop integration team members as deal volume grows.
