We seek a Program Planning professional to be part of our team supporting the OPIR Mission. Based out of Highlands Ranch, CO or Sunnyvale, CA you will support the execution efforts across multiple sites and programs. For your assigned component, you will interface with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management and will brief senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing a compliant Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) which will reflect the accurate and detailed contractual scope and resources to execute the program. To be successful you will need to be a self-motivated planner who wants to mentor peers, contribute to team training, and work independently and as part of a community of planners, who delivers compliant solutions on time.
Summary of key duties: In this role, you will...
30 Lead development and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) ensuring integration between the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and the Integrated Master Plan (IMP)
30 Maintain schedule integration between the IMS and the Program Summary Master Schedule (PSMS) and supplemental schedules
30 Lead the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products
30 Support the implementation and monitoring of the Earned Value Management System through cost and schedule integration throughout the program lifecycle
30 Identify Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actions
30 Lead planning support to Production Operations and Master Program Scheduler as part of monthly management rhythms; Ensure schedule accuracy
30 Perform schedule integrity checks
30 Generate and deliver IMS reports and metrics
30 Present schedule-related information to internal and external customers
30 Ensure compliance with LM Corporate Program Performance Management and Program Planning policies and practices
30 Supporting proposal submittal and execution schedule development to meet established plans and parameters to include SOW, CWBS, and IMP traces to tasks

Basic Qualifications
30 2-3 years of professional experience in an operational planning or scheduling type of capacity
30 Proficiency in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, Artemis, MS Project, etc
30 Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development, maintenance and critical path scheduling methodology
30 Proficient knowledge of program management principles, practices, and tools
30 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
30 Experiences delivering briefings to team members and project teams
30 Application of Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
30 Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
30 US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance; cannot be a dual citizen
Desired Skills
30 3+ years of experience program planning within the aerospace/defense industry
30 Proven experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, Performance Measurement/Reporting, and Project Control and Forecasting.
30 Experience with Schedule Risk Assessment process/tools
30 Experience in resource loading, performing capacity/constraint management and analysis
30 Agile Planning and/or Scrum Master knowledge
30 Experience with production / sustainment / depot operations / proposals
30 Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables, VBA or Power Query
30 Ability to communicate utilizing different techniques and build strong relationships
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $90600.00 - $168200.00

30 Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
30 For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
