- Risk Management & Problem Solving: Anticipate operational friction points, propose swift solutions, and keep stakeholders informed when scopes or timelines need pivot strategies.
- Relationship Driven: You recognize that we are a people business. You lead by example in how you treat your co-workers, partners, and clients-prioritizing trust, integrity, and discretion in every transaction.
Who We Are:- Consumer Brand & PR Agency Experience: You have 5+ years of project management or operational experience within a communications agency or fast-paced marketing team working on consumer brands.

- Master of Execution: Brings an exceptional ability to establish structure, set deadlines, and manage complex workbacks.
- A Master Storyteller: You are a strong writer and presenter-persuasive, concise, and creative. You can turn a product benefit into a compelling narrative that editors can't ignore.
- Entrepreneurial & Agile: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the hustle of an agency setting. You are flexible enough to touch a variety of clients beyond CPG, from fashion to hospitality.
