This is a hands-on campaign management role responsible for bringing campaigns to life from brief through launch. You will partner closely with business unit stakeholders, product and segment marketing and regional teams to align on objectives, audiences and messaging, then translate those inputs into clear campaign strategies, plans, creative briefs and deliverables.

You will act as the primary liaison across creative, content, digital, ABX, media and regional teams, bringing together the people and inputs required to move campaigns forward. You will maintain visibility across timelines, dependencies and deliverables to ensure campaigns are ready to launch on time, on strategy and with consistency across touchpoints. This role requires strong operational rigor, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without dedicated program management support.

A key focus of this role is building awareness and consideration across the data center buying landscape, spanning enterprise IT and AI decision makers, cloud and service providers and the broader partner ecosystem. Familiarity with the data center market is important to ensuring AMD shows up credibly, with messaging and campaign experiences that reflect how these audiences evaluate, build and deploy modern data center infrastructure.

THE PERSON

You are an organized, detail-oriented campaign manager who thrives in complex, matrixed environments. You know how to take a campaign from concept to launch by aligning stakeholders, building clear plans and keeping execution on track.

You are comfortable acting as the connective tissue across teams, translating business priorities into actionable campaign plans and briefs while maintaining visibility across timelines, dependencies and deliverables. You bring a strong sense of ownership and know how to drive progress through influence, collaboration and clear communication.

You also bring an understanding of the data center market and the audiences within it. You can recognize how messaging, tone and campaign approaches should adapt across enterprise, cloud, AI and partner audiences while maintaining a consistent AMD story.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the central point of contact for global data center campaigns, connecting business unit and segment priorities with marketing and regional teams
  • Translate business objectives, audience needs and product priorities into integrated campaign strategies and plans with clear goals, messaging, deliverables and timelines
  • Develop creative briefs and campaign asset requirements, including the bill of materials, to guide content and creative development
  • Partner with creative, content and agency teams to ensure campaign assets are on strategy, on message and ready for launch
  • Build and maintain campaign playbooks that equip channel and regional teams with the strategy, messaging, assets and guidance needed for activation
  • Partner with ABX, media, digital, social, partner and field marketing teams to align campaign strategy with audience, channel and activation plans
  • Manage campaign timelines, workflows and dependencies across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying risks and driving decisions needed to keep launches on track
  • Support global-to-regional campaign rollout, enabling localization and regional adoption while maintaining campaign integrity
  • Partner with analytics and channel teams to understand campaign performance, capture learnings and apply insights to future campaign planning

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in integrated campaign management, preferably in B2B or enterprise technology
  • Experience managing global, integrated campaigns with ownership of campaign planning, timelines, deliverables and cross-functional coordination

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and drive execution through influence in highly matrixed organizations
  • Experience developing creative briefs, campaign plans and asset requirements and working with internal creative teams or external agencies
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies and deadlines simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of how integrated campaigns come to life across paid, owned, earned and account-based channels
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
