Qualifications- Strong phone skills with a sales or call center background
- Positive & coachable attitude with a desire to succeed
- Excellent communication skills - Bi-Lingual in Spanish a plus, not required
- Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to multi-task
- Current Health and Life License a plus, not required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Must be available to work full-time
- Our hours of operation are M-F 8am - 5pm
Additional InformationWe offer a competitive base salary plus commission. First year earnings from $65k to $75k/yr average. Second year and beyond earnings $75k + all commissions are uncapped and sales leads are unlimited.
