Rivkin Radler is seeking a litigation associate with a minimum of five years of experience with a solid foundation in third-party insurance coverage (not insurance defense). Position Requirements: • Excellent legal research and writing skills • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills • Ability to analyze and interpret complex insurance policies and claims and develop resolution strategies • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters Hybrid Hours: Minimum 3 days a week in office 2 days a week remote Congenial, fast-paced environment. We offer competitive salary and benefits. The annualized salary range for this position is $135,000 to $195,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
