Full Job Description
Kennedys, a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked global law firm serving insurers and the London market, is seeking motivated and dynamic attorneys to join its national and international insurance coverage litigation practice. This is a hybrid position based in our Chicago office.

Our ideal candidate will have at least four years of relevant coverage experience, including a strong litigation background, experience with bad faith and analyzing coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions, and conducting discovery in insurance coverage litigation. Candidate must have strong writing skills, and should have experience with litigating coverage matters, including handling depositions, attending court conferences, and arguing motions.

Candidates must be admitted to practice and in good standing in Illinois. Additional admissions in other states a plus.

Competitive salary, annual performance-based raises, discretionary bonus, and benefits package offered. 1920 hour requirement. Will consider hybrid work arrangements.

Attorney compensation ranges from $135,000 to $220,000 annually. Salary is contingent upon level of experience, practice group, location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
