Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Insurance Compliance Administrator to join our team! In this role you will administer the Owner's project insurance compliance program by tracking certificates of insurance, verifying required coverage, and maintaining centralized compliance records.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Track certificates of insurance from the EPC Contractor or Construction Manager and all subcontractors.
  • Verify that insurance coverages comply with contractual insurance requirements.
  • Maintain a centralized insurance compliance log.
  • Coordinate with the Owner's insurance broker on claims, incidents, or policy modifications.
  • Notify the Owner promptly of any lapse, deficiency, or non-compliance in the contractor's insurance program.
  • Support project administration and contract compliance tracking associated with insurance requirements.

What Required Skills You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, finance, construction management, or related field, or equivalent.
  • Experience administering insurance compliance, certificates of insurance, or contract compliance records.
  • Strong understanding of tracking logs, compliance documentation, and records management.
  • Ability to coordinate with brokers, project teams, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring
  • Experience supporting insurance compliance on large construction or capital programs.
  • Familiarity with EPC or construction management contract environments.
  • Experience with project controls, contract administration, or risk/compliance systems.

This position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.

Salary Range: $74,800.00 - $130,900.00
