Log in daily to review calendar and follow-ups
Conduct calls and Zoom meetings with interested clients
Assess clients' situations and compare insurance options from over 60 carriers
Guide clients through the insurance selection process
Provide ongoing support and follow-up as needed

Your Day
You'll log in, review your calendar and follow-ups, and spend most of the day on calls and Zoom meetings with people who already asked about life insurance. You'll learn their situation, compare options from 60+ carriers, and help them get covered.
Support
Step-by-step onboarding, a mentor for live calls, and weekly coaching. Nobody is left to figure it out alone.
Compensation
1099, 100% commission, no cap
Average of $800-$1,200 per policy
Full-time agents: $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one
Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses
