Qualifications

• Completion of a post-secondary electrical or instrumentation-related program or equivalent certification through an apprenticeship.
• Must be a Red Seal Electrician with significant Instrumentation experience.
• Licensed Red Seal Instrumentation and Control Technician is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of trades experience in heavy industrial; mineral processing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand P&ID, PFD, electrical and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work behaviors and engage in safety culture activities.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance functions.
• Conduct repairs, calibration, and maintenance following technical drawings.
• Install, maintain, and repair measurement and control devices and systems.
• Coordinate activities during planned outages and emergencies.
• Report and document details of tasks and updates to technical drawings.
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain a tidy workplace.
