Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) SupervisorPosition SummaryThe Packaging Assembly Supervisor (I&E Supervisor) will plan, organize, and direct the PROENERGY packaging assembly team, consisting of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines. Ensure a safe working environment and practices, maintain the highest quality of product and people, and achieve on time schedule attainment.

Position Responsibilities- Supervise the direct labor force of PROENEGY package assembly team.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, specifications, drawings, schematics, P&ID/F&IDs to aid in the installation of packaged equipment
- Prepare and maintain proper documentation and reports as needed
- Identify equipment and material as being fit for use, as well as identify and resolve quality issues with materials as they arise
- Directly works with other departments such as procurement, warehouse, and engineering to ensure requirements for assembly of packaged systems are met.
- Performs any activities of workers supervised to meet demands as needed.
- All other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications- Technical competence in assembly of packaged equipment
- Proficient in the use of various MS Office Suite programs (Excel and Word)
- Proficient in the use of a variety of general office equipment and skilled at typing at a speed necessary for successful job performance
- Knowledge of communication principles and practices
- Knowledge of principles of business letter writing and report preparation
- Knowledge of correct English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationship with the public and co-workers to communicate effectively
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems in a logical and effective manner
- Ability to simultaneously supervise multiple job assignments
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, communicate, reach and manipulate objects.
- Ability to move materials weighing up to 40 pounds on a regular basis without assistance
- Ability to operate fork trucks, hand jacks, overhead cranes, and other equipment as deemed necessary
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

- Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check
Desired Qualifications- Familiarity with industrial electrical installations and best practices, including the installation of conduit systems, cable tray systems, MCC's, switchgears and electrical cabinets.
- Industrial mechanical installation experience including the installation of valves, pumps, solenoids, as well as performing motor and equipment alignments.
- Experience with instrumentation fitting, such as instrumentation tubing (Swagelok), and the calibrations of switches, transmitters or other various instruments.
