What you’ll do
Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales and Customer Service team to drive performance and accountability
Set priorities, goals, and performance metrics aligned with company objectives
Oversee quoting, order entry, order administration, and sales reporting activities
Act as the escalation point for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and service issues
Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
Monitor key metrics such as bookings, backlog, and revenue performance
Partner with sales and business development teams to support growth opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, finance, and supply chain teams
Drive improvements in sales support processes, order accuracy, and customer responsiveness
Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements
What you need
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills – required
Excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving ability – required
Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) – required
Data analysis and reporting capability – preferred
Experience with ERP and order management systems – required
5+ years in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations in manufacturing/technology – required
3+ years of people management experience – required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field – required

Salary Range:
$96,600.00-$128,800.000
