Inside Loan Officer - Private Lending / BPL / DSCR

Location: Tampa, FL - In Office
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Company-Provided Leads + Full Benefits + 401(k)

The Opportunity

We are building a high-performance sales team focused on real estate investors nationwide.

We want Loan Officers who can originate and close high volume, bring established client relationships, and continue building their own business.

The ideal candidate already has an active book of business and established relationships with real estate investors. We will provide company-generated leads as an additional source of opportunity to help our Loan Officers increase production beyond what they are already generating.

This is not a role for someone who intends to rely exclusively on company leads.

Our target is $3M+ in funded production per Loan Officer, per month, with significant upside for producers capable of $4M, $5M+ and beyond.

The Profile We Want

• Existing book of business and client relationships
• Private Lending / BPL / DSCR-focused experience strongly preferred
• Proven high-volume originator and closer
• $3M+ monthly funded production strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to self-source and generate business
• Transferable pipeline is a significant plus
• Strong direct relationships with real estate investors
• Ability to convert company-provided leads into additional production
• High-volume, phone-first sales mentality
• Creates opportunities rather than waiting for them
• Strong ability to establish value, overcome objections, and ask for the business
• Relentless and disciplined follow-up
• Financially sharp and comfortable discussing leverage, credit, pricing, structure, and loan options
• Competitive, persuasive, resilient, coachable, and accountable
• Strong CRM and pipeline-management discipline
• Takes ownership from initial conversation through closing
• Focused on funded volume, closed loans, repeat business, and referrals
• Committed to delivering a 5-star client experience

Business Development & Market Presence

Our Loan Officers are expected to continuously grow their own book of business and presence within the real estate investor community.

This includes:

• Traveling to industry conventions and conferences
• Hosting investor and client events
• Attending local real estate investor meetups weekly
• Prospecting and developing new investor relationships
• Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
• Building a strong presence throughout the Tampa market
• Turning successful closings into repeat and referral opportunities
• Continuously expanding their personal network and pipeline

Recruiting Priority

Priority #1: Very high-producing Private Lending / BPL / DSCR originators and closers - particularly $4M, $5M+ monthly producers with a strong existing book of business and transferable relationships/pipeline.

Priority #2: Proven $3M+ monthly producers with their own book of business, strong direct investor relationships, and demonstrated self-sourced production.

Priority #3: Strong producers around $2M per month with an established book who demonstrate the ability, relationships, work ethic, and closing discipline to quickly reach $3M+ with the addition of our company-provided leads and platform.

For an exceptional producer, do not lose the candidate solely over the standard starting package. Bring the candidate to us. We have some flexibility on salary, accelerated compensation, and the four-month guarantee for the right person.

Bottom line: we want producers who already know how to generate and close business. We provide the platform, support, products, and additional leads to help them produce even more.

First Four Months - Ramp-Up Package

New Loan Officers are eligible for:

Base salary

$2,500 monthly commission guarantee for the first four months

Accelerated commission opportunity during the initial ramp-up period

Company-provided leads from the start

If earned commission is below $2,500 during a qualifying month, the LO will still receive the $2,500 monthly commission guarantee in addition to salary.

Producers Bringing a Pipeline

We want established originators to bring their business with them.

Candidates who transfer an existing pipeline may receive an additional 15 bps for their first four months, increasing the applicable 30 bps compensation component to 45 bps during that period.

They will also receive the $2,500 monthly commission guarantee for the first four months.

Exceptional / Very High Producers

For candidates with a demonstrated history of significantly higher production, we have flexibility to structure a more competitive initial package.

Depending on verified production, existing book of business, client relationships, and transferable pipeline, this may include:

A higher base salary within an approved range

Accelerated commission for the first four months

$2,500 monthly commission guarantee for the first four months

Additional consideration based on the strength and size of transferable business

Recruiters should bring these candidates to us before making any compensation commitments.

90-Day Probationary Period

All new Loan Officers will complete an initial 90-day probationary period.

Following successful completion of the 90-day period, Loan Officers may begin developing broker business nationally, subject to company guidelines and applicable requirements.

Earning Potential

This position is designed for high-performing originators seeking $250K+ annual earning potential.

At $3M in monthly funded production, estimated commission is approximately $306,000 annually at the standard compensation structure, before base salary and benefits.

Commission is uncapped. Higher production creates significantly greater earning potential.
