Experience in microfabrication (MEMS, CCD, CMOS) is a plus
Knowledge of wafer packaging processes or PCBs is a plus
Responsibilities
Launch and support thin film deposition equipment (silicon nitride, polysilicon)
Develop, characterize, and industrialize new processes and products
Collaborate closely with technicians and operators to enhance performance
Implement actions to reduce contamination and improve product quality
Resolve issues related to processes and equipment
Optimize performance: availability, costs, quality, cycle time
Utilize monitoring and statistical control methods to stabilize processes

Ce que tu feras
Mettre en production et soutenir des équipements de dépôt de couches minces (nitrure de silicium, polysilicium)
Développer, caractériser et industrialiser de nouveaux procédés et produits
Collaborer étroitement avec les technicien• ne• s et opérateur• trice• s pour améliorer les performances
Mettre en place des actions pour réduire la contamination et améliorer la qualité produit
Résoudre des problèmes liés aux procédés et aux équipements
Optimiser la performance : disponibilité, coûts, qualité, temps de cycle
Utiliser des méthodes de suivi et de contrôle statistique pour stabiliser les procédés

Requis : esprit d'analyse, autonomie et capacité à travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire
Requis : expérience ou connaissances en dépôt de couches minces
Requis : capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement multitâches
Requis : bilinguisme fonctionnel français/anglais
Requis : BAC, maîtrise ou PhD en génie chimique, chimie, physique, génie physique ou domaine pertinent
Atout : expérience en microfabrication (MEMS, CCD, CMOS, procédés sur tranches de silicium)
Atout : connaissance de procédés d'emballage au niveau de la tranche ou de circuits imprimés
