Job Description Summary
L'employé(e) sera responsable de soutenir la conception des enroulements de générateurs pour les nouveaux projets hydroélectriques ainsi que pour les projets de rénovation dans différentes régions. Il/elle sera également chargé(e) de fournir un soutien technique aux ingénieurs concepteurs, à la chaîne d'approvisionnement et aux activités sur site liées aux questions électriques des générateurs.

The employee will be responsible to support the design of generator windings for new and refurbishment hydro projects across different regions. He/she will also be responsible to provide technical support to design engineers, supply chain and site activities related to generator electrical topics.

Job Description

Responsabilités clés / Fonctions essentielles :
  • Soutenir les ingénieurs concepteurs sur les sujets électriques liés à la conception des enroulements de générateurs, aux spécifications d'essais et aux discussions avec les clients.
  • Fournir un soutien technique aux usines, à la chaîne d'approvisionnement et aux équipes sur site concernant les sujets électriques et les systèmes d'isolation tout au long du cycle de vie des projets.
  • Mener des actions de réduction des coûts et d'amélioration liées aux enroulements de générateurs.
  • Participer à la validation des mises à jour des outils de conception des enroulements.
  • Livrer des ensembles de travaux de conception pour les enroulements de générateurs en utilisant les directives techniques et les projets de référence.
  • Participer aux réunions de revue de conception avec d'autres ingénieurs, services et ingénieurs-conseils.


Qualifications requises :
  • Baccalauréat en génie électrique d'une université ou d'un collège accrédité.
  • Solide connaissance de la conception électrique, de l'électromagnétisme et des systèmes d'isolation.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans la conception électrique et les systèmes d'isolation de générateurs hydroélectriques.
  • Membre de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et multi-sites.
  • Capacité à voyager.
  • Maîtrise du français et/ou de l'anglais (oral et écrit); L'employé(e) sera amené(e) à interagir de manière fluide avec des collègues de nos autres installations à travers et/ou à l'extérieur du Canada, et qui sont généralement incapables de communiquer en français et dont la langue de travail est principalement l'anglais
