Evolver Federal is looking for an
Infrastructure / Systems Administration Lead to join our team supporting our federal client located onsite in Bethesda, MD.
This position requires a hybrid work environment with onsite work 3-5 days per week in Bethesda, MD depending on the requirements of the program
Responsibilities:Lead infrastructure O&M; manage AHE availability, server/storage operations, and cloud environments
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or seven (7) years of experience in Systems Administration
- 8 years of experience supervising and managing enterprise infrastructure.
- 5 years of experience with VMware VCP or equivalent
- 5 years of experience with Nutanix, Cohesity, and Windows/Linux server administration
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Level 5 (NACIC) security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:- A Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology
- The following certifications and skillset are preferred:
- Microsoft MSCE, Windows Server OS, IIS, PowerShell, System Center Operation and Configuration Management,
- Microsoft Azure Administration
- Microsoft Azure DevOps
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Professional
- VMware Data Center Virtualization (DCV) - Design or Deploy
- Nutanix Platform Expert (NPX)
- IBM BigFix Lifecycle Administration
- Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) v3 or higher
- CompTIA Security+ Certified Professional
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Public Trust Tier2 security clearance- Moderate risk (formerly MBI Level 5B)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
