Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools related to IT infrastructure
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill and Experience• Must have Knowledge in Software-Defined LAN (Campus / SD-Access)
• Expertise in the area of SD-WAN
• Knowledge of SASE (Secure Access Service Edge)
• Hands on experience working with Load Balancing / Application Delivery (ADC)
• Understanding of DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
• Needs to be open to up to 40% travel
Preferred Skill and Experience• Preferably but not required if you have experience owning the end-to-end architecture and solution design for enterprise network programs spanning campus/LAN, WAN, data center, cloud, and security-edge (SASE) domains.
including topology diagrams, IP/routing schemes, migration plans, and bill of materials.
• Drive network automation and Infrastructure-as-Code adoption across designs (templating, ZTP, CI/CD for network config) is a nice to have but not required
• Preferred but not required if you have experience defining transformation and migration strategies for legacy-to-software-defined transitions (e.g., traditional WAN 12 SD-WAN/SASE, classic DC 12 spine-leaf fabric, campus 12 SD-Access/fabric).
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
