Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

Location: Wickliffe, OH

Job Type: Full-time. 4 days in office, 1 remote day each week

How You'll Make an Impact

As an Infrastructure Engineering & Cloud Platforms Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving cloud and hybrid infrastructure platform engineering, cloud foundation development, identity architecture, automation, and infrastructure modernization initiatives. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will:
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery while fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Lead the design and implementation of cloud and hybrid infrastructure platforms that align with business requirements and enterprise standards.
  • Establish architecture patterns, cloud foundations, identity integrations, automation frameworks, and platform services that provide secure, scalable, and supportable infrastructure capabilities.
  • Develop cost assessments for infrastructure projects and manage, monitor, and report costs to optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement and maintain systems and services aligned with business objectives.
  • Implement appropriate security controls and stay current on emerging security threats and best practices.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with service providers to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Support cloud adoption and infrastructure modernization through standardized platform services, landing zones, automation capabilities, and migration approaches.
  • Define and promote Infrastructure-as-Code, automation-first delivery models, engineering standards, version control practices, and reusable infrastructure patterns.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve operations and technology outcomes.

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, or infrastructure architecture with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, identity, and automation technologies.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and infrastructure management platforms.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to management and IT partners.
  • Experience managing IT projects and coordinating with various teams with strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward
  • Experience in manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Azure and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Azure platform deployments including governance, identity integration, networking, security, and automation.
  • Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
  • Azure Administrator Associate certification.
  • Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert certification.
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP), CISSP, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent infrastructure and cloud certifications.
