Job Title: Infrastructure Equity, Senior Director

Corporate Title: Senior Director

Location: New York City

Position Summary:

The Senior Director will be instrumental in the build-out and growth of the firm's newly launched Infrastructure Equity strategy within its Global Infrastructure platform. In this highly strategic role, the individual will lead the origination and execution of investments across North America and Europe while helping define investment strategy, portfolio construction, and the overall evolution of the platform. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape a differentiated infrastructure investment business and drive long-term value creation across core, core-plus, and value-add opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, structure, and negotiate transactions across sectors such as power and energy, transportation, digital infrastructure, and social infrastructure, in North America and Europe.
  • Shape investment theses and convert them into actionable opportunities.
  • Lead diligence, valuation synthesis, negotiation of key terms, and portfolio construction discipline.
  • Drive value-creation planning, oversee KPIs, and participate at Investment Committee.
  • Support capital raising through select LP meetings, diligence sessions, and conference representation.
  • Manage and mentor future team members, driving culture, succession planning, and performance standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor27s degree required, with Business or Finance preferred.
  • 12+ years in infrastructure private equity and/or banking with demonstrated sourcing and execution success.
  • Strong network of contacts in the infrastructure sectors.
  • Expertise in structuring, documentation, and complex stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong IC/Board communication presence and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder transactions.
  • Proven origination track record and proprietary deal sourcing.
  • Deep specialization across digital, power and energy, utilities, transport, or social infrastructure.

  • MBA/CFA/CAIA preferred.

Base Salary Range: $240,000-280,000 and additional incentive compensation.
