Full Job Description
Our Technologies department is growing! We are looking for a Infrastructure Engineer II to join the team! This is a full-time position; Monday-Friday.

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:
  • Provides leadership in the engineering, implementation, optimization, and lifecycle management of enterprise routing, switching, wireless, firewall, VPN, SDN, SD-WAN, and network security infrastructure.
  • Designs, configures, and supports enterprise LAN, WAN, datacenter, and remote connectivity solutions.
  • Implements and supports advanced network services including VLANs, routing protocols, QoS, multicast, network segmentation, VPN, and secure remote access.
  • Performs advanced troubleshooting, packet captures, protocol analysis, and root cause analysis across enterprise networking and infrastructure environments.
  • Serves as a technical leader for enterprise virtualization, compute, storage, Fibre Channel SAN, datacenter, backup, and disaster recovery infrastructure, leading the design, implementation, administration, optimization, and lifecycle management of these platforms.
  • Monitors enterprise infrastructure health, capacity, availability, resiliency, and performance using enterprise monitoring and management platforms.
  • Participates in infrastructure architecture, engineering standards development, technical design reviews, and technology lifecycle planning.
  • Implements infrastructure security best practices in partnership with Information Security.
  • Researches, evaluates, tests, and implements technologies that improve reliability, scalability, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Develops and maintains PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve infrastructure administration and operational efficiency.
  • Develops and maintains infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, operational procedures, technical standards, and engineering documentation.
  • Coordinates infrastructure implementation projects, maintenance activities, hardware lifecycle initiatives, and technology upgrades.
  • Works closely with the Platform Administrator to ensure reliable operation of backup, recovery, and enterprise platform services.
  • Provides infrastructure support for enterprise voice systems through the underlying network, QoS, security, and connectivity infrastructure; familiarity with unified communications technologies is preferred.
  • Coordinates with vendors for technical support, equipment installation, maintenance, and infrastructure problem resolution.
  • Provides remote and onsite technical support for enterprise infrastructure systems throughout Community Care Physicians locations.
  • Maintains current knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry best practices.

Compensation: $86, 000 - $120, 000 annually

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience supporting enterprise infrastructure engineering, network engineering, or systems engineering environments.
  • Experience designing and supporting highly available, multi-site enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Experience implementing disaster recovery, business continuity, infrastructure security, and enterprise technology lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex infrastructure implementations and serving as a senior technical escalation resource.
  • Required: Cisco routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, VMware, and enterprise troubleshooting.
  • Preferred: Dell PowerStore, HPE Synergy, Brocade, Veeam, ExaGrid, SolarWinds, Site24x7.
  • Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP, VMware VCP, Microsoft, Azure, AWS, Dell, or equivalent are preferred.
