About the Role

The Infrastructure Manager is a key role, strategically positioned to manage day-to-day operations and execute long-term planning of the company's physical expansion to new markets. You will be the project executive responsible for the delivery of critical infrastructure required to support the company's growth and operations.. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in EV charging and facility operations coupled with proven experience in vendor management and financial ownership.
What you'll be doing
  • Project Leadership & Execution: Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects across the portfolio, from site feasibility through construction and operational launch. Manage multi-site deployments, tracking progress and mitigating risks to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Construction & Contractor Oversight: Direct construction execution, including permitting, zoning, and municipal approvals. Oversee 3rd-party contractors and vendors, ensuring performance alignment with safety, quality, and budget expectations.
  • Project Controls & Financial Management: Implement and enforce standard project management procedures. Maintain accurate forecasts of schedule, budget, risks, claims, EH&S, and quality; implement corrective measures as necessary to optimize pre- and post-production budgets.
  • Stakeholder & Utility Coordination: Drive internal and external decision-making, including utility engagement, to ensure power timelines support project schedules. Provide accurate, transparent, and timely updates to leadership and external partners.
  • Strategic Growth & Agility: Identify future infrastructure needs to match expansion plans and develop deployable solutions. Adapt to changing business models and contribute cross-functionally across the organization to drive long-term, scalable success.
What you will need for this position
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical construction management role - EV charging, retail fueling/gas service stations, renewables, data center, or other physical infrastructure development role preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be able to review architectural/civil drawings and electrical diagrams.
  • Demonstrable experience in large-scale infrastructure project management and delivering multi-site deployments.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budget creation, forecasting, change order management and CapEx oversight.
  • Mastery of project management and project scheduling concepts, including Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule development and implementation.
  • Familiarity with utility processes and power infrastructure development.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical and financial information clearly to senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and operate strategically in a decentralized organization.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
