If you enjoy being hands on with technology while leading people, influencing strategy, and solving problems that matter across an enterprise, this is an opportunity to make an impact.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day Mulesoft operations, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and user experience across all supported platforms.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to drive platform convergence, execute implementations, and proactively resolve technical and organizational challenges.
  • Design and architect technical solutions that meet enterprise IT needs, collaborating with peers across IT and business units.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle-from gathering business requirements to deployment and post-launch support.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining high standards of quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop deep expertise across multiple IT technologies, and serve as a mentor by training team members on new tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Establish and refine IT processes, implementing measurable improvements that enhance team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead incident response efforts, including mitigation, root cause analysis, documentation, and implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Be a hands-on, collaborative leader, demonstrating a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills in interactions with peers, stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years experience building and deploying integrations with a hosting provider like Mulesoft, Boomi, Appian or on a Cloud provider like AWS or Microsoft Azure preferred
  • Expertise with Mulesoft Anypoint platform on CloudHub 2.0, experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, enterprise integration platforms and databases preferred
  • Experience providing technical leadership and direction to developers, engineers, or other technology professionals preferred
