Information Technology (IT) Support Lead
Position Summary
K2 Solutions is seeking an experienced Information Technology (IT) Support Lead to oversee enterprise IT operations supporting Department of Defense mission systems. The IT Support Lead provides technical leadership for system administration, cybersecurity, network operations, and end-user support while ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant IT services. This position supervises technical personnel, manages enterprise infrastructure, and serves as the primary technical advisor to government leadership.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead daily IT operations supporting enterprise infrastructure.
Supervise system administrators, network administrators, and desktop support personnel.
Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures.
ITIL, PMP, or Microsoft enterprise certifications.
Experience with VMware, Microsoft enterprise technologies, and cloud-enabled environments.
