Enterprise Change & Release Manager (BTS)

Position Overview
The Enterprise Change & Release Manager (BTS) leads enterprise-wide change governance, Epic release management, major incident response, and problem management. This role ensures technology and clinical stability by coordinating changes, resolving high-impact incidents, and driving long-term operational improvements across the Epic ecosystem and broader IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise change processes, CAB meetings, risk assessments, and change calendars.
