Responsibilities: - Integrate intelligence analysis, targeting, and operational planning activities to support Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), Information Operations (IO), cyberspace operations, and other non-kinetic effects.
- Develop intelligence assessments, target audience analyses (TAA), network analyses, intelligence estimates, and targeting products that support operational planning and execution.
- Synchronize with intelligence analysts and planners to integrate all-source intelligence, finish intelligence, collection reporting, and operational assessments into targeting and operational decision-making.
- Coordinate, consolidate, track, and manage intelligence requirements supporting information-related capabilities (IRCs), non-kinetic operations, and operational objectives.
- Support the planning, coordination, integration, and synchronization of non-lethal effects, cyberspace operations, influence activities, and other information-related capabilities.
- Analyze adversary capabilities, vulnerabilities, leadership, networks, intentions, and operational behaviors to identify opportunities for operational advantage and target development.
- Integrate intelligence reporting, assessments, and operational feedback into measures of effectiveness (MOE), measures of performance (MOP), and operational assessment activities.
- Support targeting working groups, operational planning teams, and cross-functional staffs by providing intelligence-driven recommendations and decision-support products.
- Facilitate intelligence deconfliction and synchronization across operational, intelligence, cyber, and information environment stakeholders to maximize effectiveness and minimize operational risk.
- Produce intelligence products, briefings, and assessments that support campaign planning, operational design, targeting, and the integration of information-related capabilities across the operational environment.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience supporting intelligence operations, targeting, Information Operations (IO), Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), cyberspace operations, or military planning activities.
- TS/SCI clearance required
- Demonstrated experience integrating intelligence analysis, targeting methodologies, and operational planning processes to support mission objectives.
- Experience developing intelligence assessments, target audience analyses, network analyses, intelligence estimates, and operational decision-support products.
- Proven ability to integrate all-source intelligence into operational planning, targeting, assessment, and information-related capability activities.
- Experience supporting joint, inner-agency, multinational, or Combatant Command operations and coordinating across multiple functional staffs and mission partners.
Desired Qualifications: - Experience supporting targeting processes, cyberspace operations, influence activities, operational assessment, or strategic competition initiatives.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
