Role and responsibilities

The Industrial Strategy Project Manager in Wilton is responsible for:
  • Delivering cross-sector aligned make-buy proposals of new Wilton products and technologies for decisions in the Industrial Policy Meeting (IPM), including Board of Management members of ASML.
  • Contributing to ASML's make-strategy, i.e. incl. distribution of competencies across ASML sites. This includes make-where proposals on new products and technologies.
  • Co-developing the suppliers landscape strategy for glass & ceramics modules, optical modules, mechatronic (i.e. modules and parts) sourcing together with the responsible Category manager and all cross-sector stakeholders: Technology, Operations, Finance and Legal.
    This includes: landscaping the supply base, creating early supplier involvement in development projects balancing long-term supply capabilities with expected market requirements, preventing strategic lock-ins and scouting new suppliers.


Education and experience
  • Master/PhD in technology
  • Passionate on stakeholders and relationship management and deal making.
  • 4+ years as a technical designer or comparable technical role
  • Passionate about and intrinsically driven by advanced technology
  • Keen to learn how glass, ceramic modules, optics, mechatronic technologies impacts both our customers' and key suppliers' businesses

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
