THE BASICSWe offer competitive pay of
$40 to $60 per hour plus a

In this position, you'll typically work 10-hour days, five or six days per week.
DAY-TO-DAY AS AN INDUSTRIAL REFRIGERATION INSTALLATION FOREMANAs the Industrial Refrigeration Installation Foreman, you'll lead a team of four to six installers in the efficient and precise installation of industrial refrigeration systems. Working closely with the director of construction, you'll ensure that projects are executed according to specifications and timelines. Additionally, you'll take charge of procuring and receiving all necessary materials and equipment for each project, ensuring that your team has the resources needed to deliver exceptional results. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in driving the success of your crew and the company as a whole!
ALL THAT YOU NEED IS:- 5+ years of experience as a Foreman specializing in the installation of ammonia or freon equipment
