Position Description

Starting Salary Range: $88,000 - $135,000 a year; depending on experience

Location: Everett, WA

Classification: Exempt

Position Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading mechanical industrial construction projects from planning through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager works closely with team members, clients, vendors, and internal partners to manage resources and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. We lead with integrity, transparency, and accountability, put people first through collaboration and inclusivity, deliver client-focused value, and drive growth through innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review project estimates and develop detailed budgets, modeling integrity, accountability, and pride in the quality of our craft.
  • Prepare and negotiate change orders in collaboration with stakeholders with integrity, fairness, and focus on mutual value.
  • Track and forecast labor hours, material costs, and overall project performance providing timely, clear updates that support predictable project outcomes.
  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of major equipment and subcontracted services, staying nimble and proactive to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of project contracts, scopes of work, and technical specifications, upholding accountability and professionalism.
  • Ensure accurate and timely document control in line with company and project requirements.
  • Provide direct supervision and coaching to Project Engineers; support professional growth through regular feedback.
  • Partner with field supervisors to plan and schedule project tasks effectively, fostering trust, clarity, and collaboration across the entire team.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Promote and uphold safety practices; attend and support all required safety meetings.
  • Follow internal project management processes and represent company values in all work.
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong commitment to team success.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Support bidding efforts and help secure new project opportunities.

Position Requirements

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience managing mechanical construction projects.


Required Licensing and Other Certifications:

  • Maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
