Full Job Description
Industrial Designer II

Work Mode: Onsite

Location:Onsite, four days per week - Bristol, PA

How you'll contribute:
  • Present your design proficiency: Generate diverse and innovative ideas to inspire impactful product development. Lead concept ideation and drive new product initiatives through multiple design iterations and thoughtful refinement.
  • Demonstrate your expertise in visualization: Utilize advanced rendering and modeling techniques to bring projects to life with accuracy and excitement, while continuously exploring and applying innovative presentation methods and model-making.
  • Track luxury market trends and drive innovation: Monitor evolving consumer behaviors, competitor offerings, and global design movements within the luxury space. Leverage deep understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and customer preferences to inform and inspire forward-thinking, elevated design solutions.
  • Drive success through collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams -including Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing, and Manufacturing - to align on business goals, solve challenges collaboratively, and integrate feedback that advances projects effectively.

  • Present design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Purchasing to ensure design intent is maintained throughout development.
  • Contribute as a design leader within the New Product Development team, influencing multiple initiatives.
  • Support the daily operations of the Industrial Design team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.


Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial design.
  • Strong aptitude for working with various design materials, mechanical principles, and diverse style aesthetics (traditional, transitional, and modern/contemporary).
  • Minimum of two years of experience using SolidWorks or Fusion360.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated expertise in rendering, with strong experience using KeyShot or V-Ray to produce high-quality, photorealistic visualizations that effectively communicate design intent
  • A well-rounded portfolio showcasing design process, conceptual thinking, and CAD skills

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
