Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically. While maintaining the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and the willingness to work variable schedule to assure successful project completion
Create compelling and innovative interior and exterior designs using 2D and 3D tools
Ability to think three-dimensionally with a strong emphasis on proportions and a refined sense of form
Competitive analysis, trend research and color and materials assistance. Ability to research and troubleshoot problems
Create presentations and communicate design story to executive leadership
Ability to work cross functionally with engineering, product management, and supply chain to ensure product completion on time
Balance brand DNA, functionality and budget to create designs that meet budget and scope
Host and contribute to brainstorm session workshops. Prototype and mock-up creation
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to research and troubleshoot problems
