Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Attending project meetings as required, including coordination with sales, project management, and clients.
Install, commission, maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot industrial and automated Delta equipment
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and machine-control issues
Read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, manuals, and machine documentation
Provide on-site technical support and communicate solutions to customers
Assist with machine demonstrations, customer trials, and application testing
Support new equipment installations throughout North America
Verify machine operation and safety functions during commissioning
Train customers on machine operation, maintenance, basic programming, and troubleshooting
Document service activities, installations, troubleshooting, and corrective actions
Work with Sales, Engineering, Service, and factory teams to resolve technical issues
Troubleshoot electrical circuits and networking equipment up to 600v.
Coordinate with Technical Project Manager or Field Application Engineering Team to find solutions to product or commissioning issues identified by Factory, or reported by the customer in the field.
Perform preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and modifications to existing equipment

Minimum Qualifications
