Responsibilities

  • Oversee production section operations including staff development and morale
  • Manage team and project workloads in coordination with other studios
  • Coordinate with local and national studios as well as engineering teams
  • Plan, organize, control, and evaluate projects using proactive management
  • Implement and support company policies
  • Select, train, and develop studio staff
  • Collaborate with studio leaders and project managers on staffing needs

Full Job Description
In the role of Industrial Architecture Studio Lead, we'll count on you to:

  • Take responsibility for operations of production section including staff development, morale, and marketing support
  • Take administrative responsibility for studio staff, including managing team utilization and balancing project workloads both within the area and in coordination with national industrial architecture studios.
  • Lead and coordinate services with other local studios, national industrial architecture studios, and engineering business groups
  • See that all work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management system
  • Implement, monitor and support company policy
  • Select, train, develop and manage studio staff
  • Manage and develop multidiscipline teams
  • Work cooperatively with Managing Principal, Project Managers, and other studio leaders on project staffing
  • Perform other duties as needed

  • Preference given to candidates currently residing in the NJ area
