Indirect Sourcing Manager I

Rockline is seeking an Indirect Sourcing Manager I to develop, execute, and manage sourcing strategies for indirect services, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), projects, and related purchasing categories across North America. This role serves as a strategic business partner, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver cost savings, optimize supplier performance, mitigate risk, and support long-term business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, relationship-building skills, analytical capabilities, and a passion for driving continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories including MRO, services, IT, HR, and site projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience sourcing indirect categories such as MRO, plant services, IT, software/hardware, HR services, or other indirect spend areas.
  • Experience developing and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPIM, or C.P.M.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a business-related discipline.
  • Manufacturing industry experience and familiarity with ERP systems such as JD Edwards.
