Position Summary
The Indirect Procurement Buyer III serves as a senior procurement professional responsible for managing complex sourcing initiatives, strategic supplier relationships, category management activities, and contract negotiations across multiple indirect spend categories. The role delivers value through strategic sourcing, risk mitigation, supplier performance management, commercial leadership, and stakeholder partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex sourcing events including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.

Negotiate indemnification, liability, insurance, confidentiality, and SLA provisions.
Manage contract renewals, extensions, compliance obligations, and closeout activities.
Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, operational, and supplier risks throughout the contract lifecycle.
Qualifications
