Overview

Corporate Tools is looking to add an In-House Therapist as part of our commitment to our employees overall well-being in the following areas: Post Falls, ID; Spokane, WA and help you get licensed in other states we have people in. We believe that a happy and healthy workforce is the key to success and that includes offering a channel for mental and emotional support through our in-house therapy team. As a compassionate and empathetic therapist, you'll provide a supportive and nurturing environment where employees feel safe to express themselves, seek guidance, and develop coping strategies for life's ups and downs. You are someone who truly cares about the well-being of the individual. You are not here to report back to the company about how people are doing, just help people!

This job is coded as "Hybrid" which means the candidate selected for this role must be okay with coming into the office from time to time and as needed. If hired, you would work from our Post Falls, ID office for the first 90 days to collaborate with team members and build trust and credibility.

Wage

$100,000 / year

Requirements

  • 3+ years of clinical experience
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, related field or a Bachelor's with equivalent experience
  • Passed ASWB and can practice independently
  • Current with all state licensing requirements, including LCPC, LICSW and LMFT
  • Currently licensed in Idaho and Washington
  • Willing to be licensed in other states: FL, OR, MT, TX ( We will help you)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Preferred experience leading group therapy sessions
  • Preferred experience as an in-house therapist for a small / medium sized business
