Full Job Description
In-House Counsel

iCare is seeking In-House Counsel to assist the company's Chief Legal Officer in supporting the various legal needs of the company's managed nursing facilities. The position is full-time (40 hours) hybrid, based in Manchester, with travel throughout Connecticut and periodic travel outside of Connecticut.

Responsibilities/Areas of Practice:
  • Corporate/governance
  • Litigation (collections, employment, general liability)
  • Employment law
  • Contracts
  • Probate
  • Regulatory compliance
