The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and driven
Residential HVAC Sales Consultant to help homeowners identify the best solutions for their comfort needs.
This is a consultative sales role where
there is no cold calling. Our experienced sales coordinators schedule appointments for you, allowing you to focus on building relationships, providing solutions, and closing sales.
While HVAC experience is a plus, it is
not required. We provide comprehensive product and sales training to help you become an expert in home comfort solutions.
What You'll Do- Meet with homeowners to evaluate their comfort needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions
- Develop and present professional sales proposals
- Guide customers through the buying process and help them make informed decisions
- Promote maintenance agreements and additional home comfort solutions
- Manage the sales process from consultation through close
- Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Follow up on existing proposals and sales opportunities
- Address customer questions and overcome technical or business objections
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Participate in community events, trade shows, referral programs, and other sales initiatives
- Be available to work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications- 5+ years of successful in-home sales experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
