Full Job Description
Job Summary:

Coordinates project activities for assigned projects and assists leadership and teams in the successful completion of project deliverables. Works collaboratively with other source owners to develop a project plan for each project that will establish project timelines, tasks, and milestones in collaboration with the vendor. Assist in the analysis and formulation of system requirements and communicating those requirements to IMT and/or vendors.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 5 years relevant professional work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be self-directed with strong interpersonal, communication, analytic and computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with health information systems in a healthcare setting, with familiarity in Epic population health tools (Healthy Planet, Compass Rose) preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating cross-functional projects, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage timelines and priorities effectively. Experience in population health, value-based care, or quality improvement is desirable, along with a data-driven mindset.
