Manage customer, project team and leadership relationships across multi-functional teams at Solventum to drive project completion and achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide technical support for all Solventum products for Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Productivity Solutions
• Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful deployment designs and implementation and deployment changes
• Collaborate with third party vendors to successfully support the integration of our products with other systems
• Contribute to and support the business unit to achieve goals and objectives of the HIS Division's Business plan
• Participate with a diverse team of professionals in providing in depth cohesive technical service that ensure a stable product installation environment.
• Participate in cross functional and user acceptance testing
• Participate in cross team collaboration projects to ensure best practices.
• Understanding customer needs and ensuring client success through impactful presentations/guides/onsite meetings.

- The Fluency Technical Engineer attends kick-off meetings for new projects, stays involved with the Implementation process to ensure the success of the client and business and completes a support hand off once customer is fully deployed and stable.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university AND at least five (5) years of technical support or technical implementation experience.
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Information Technology Support in lieu of the bachelor's degree education.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Five (5) years of experience with design, configuration and implementation of server based client deployment models.
- Two (2) year of experience with implementation and troubleshooting of virtual desktop technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Development.
- Experience with VMware ESX and Citrix technologies.
- Strong understanding of Windows desktop and server version deployments.
- Strong understanding of Mac desktop deployments.
- Strong understanding of bulk deployment tool such as SCCM or Intune.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records such as Epic, Meditech, and Cerner.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $96,000 - $132,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
