What you'll do- Client Management: Lead project management efforts for multiple customer implementations, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Implementation Oversight: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to assess project scope, establish delivery milestones, and find and resolve ambiguity before it impacts the project.
- Workflow Optimization: Analyze current implementation processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
You should have- 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, banking, enterprise technology, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate change and ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting plans as needed to meet evolving client needs.

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 dependent on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
