DescriptionThe Immigration Attorney will manage and oversee a diverse immigration caseload that may include:
- Family-based immigration and adjustment of status
- Consular processing
- Waivers, including I-601 and I-601A matters
- Naturalization and citizenship matters
- VAWA and other humanitarian immigration matters
- U visas and T visas
- Asylum matters
- Removal defense and EOIR proceedings
- Motions to reopen and other complex immigration matters
- Employment-based immigration matters, depending on experience
