Job Summary

Imaging Field Service Engineer

Location: Central Minnesota (Full-time, Permanent)

Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 plus benefits, depending on experience

Role Overview:

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for servicing and maintaining diagnostic imaging systems across Minnesota. This role involves installation, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair of imaging equipment in clinical environments. The engineer will travel to customer sites and work closely with clinical staff to ensure system reliability and minimal downtime.

Key Requirements:
• Field service experience supporting medical imaging equipment
• Experience with Shimadzu systems strongly preferred
• Mammography equipment service experience highly desirable
• Ability to travel throughout Minnesota with a central location near St. Cloud preferred, though southern Minnesota candidates will be considered
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
