Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance required.
• 10+ years of experience supporting USSOCOM assigned organizations.
• 5 years of Program Management experience on a DoD contract, completed within the last 12 months.
• Master's degree in Program Management or related field or equivalent military experience.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or DAWIA Level III PM certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of the SOF GSD IDIQ contract, managing cost, schedule, and performance.
• Engage with stakeholders to shape Task Orders according to company strengths.
• Manage Task Order RFP proposal development and submission processes.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and resolve non-conformance issues.
• Lead program management activities across multiple task orders under the SOCOM Enterprise IDIQ.
• Deliver high-quality, compliant services aligned with task order objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Interface between USSOCOM SOF AT&L and company management regarding issues and discrepancies.
• Manage integration and deployment of SMEs and specialized personnel globally.
• Prepare reports, updates, and risk assessments for leadership.
