Full Job Description
Responsibilities Noblis is seeking Identity Intelligence Analyst(s) to work in dynamic mission-oriented environment within McLean, Virginia. As an Identity Intelligence Analyst, you will analyze and integrate identity intelligence related to terrorism and Counterterrorism (CT), and support CT customers by researching, preparing, and delivering written intelligence products, responses to taskings, and deliver oral presentations. Job Responsibilities: • Conducting identity intelligence analysis to support terrorist nominations, watchlisting, screening, vetting, identity resolution, and counterterrorism operations. • Receiving, reviewing, and processing identity information from classified and unclassified sources in accordance with Intelligence Community policies, standards, and mission requirements. • Evaluating and integrating identity-related intelligence to resolve identities, assess threats, identify associations and patterns, and support adjudication decisions. • Researching and responding to intelligence taskings by developing timely, accurate, and well-supported intelligence products, assessments, and briefings. • Performing quality assurance reviews of intelligence information and products to identify inconsistencies, analytical gaps, and potential issues affecting identity resolution or operational decisions. • Identifying intelligence gaps and conducting targeted research to develop additional information in support of evolving counterterrorism and identity intelligence requirements. • Applying Intelligence Community analytic tradecraft, including ICD 203 and ICD 206, to ensure intelligence products are objective, accurate, properly sourced, and analytically rigorous. • Providing surge support across mission areas and supporting continuous mission operations, including shift-based requirements, to meet evolving operational priorities. Required Qualifications • Experience conducting identity intelligence analysis in support of terrorist nominations, watchlisting, screening, and vetting operations by receiving, reviewing, and processing identity information in accordance with Intelligence Community policies and standards. • Experience evaluating and integrating data from classified and unclassified sources to support identity resolution, threat assessments, and adjudication decisions. • Experience performing quality assurance reviews, identifying intelligence gaps and patterns, producing finished intelligence products, and providing surge support across mission areas to meet evolving operational requirements. Required minimum skills and knowledge: • US Citizenship is required. • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Multiple levels can be accommodated. • Junior Level: • Bachelor's degree OR Master's OR PhD with 0 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 3 years of experience OR High-School with 6 years of experience. • Compensation: $75,000 - $117,225 • Journeyman: • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience OR Master's Degree with 1 year of experience OR PhD with 0 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 6 years of experience OR High-School with 9 years of experience • Compensation: $82,500 - $128,925 • Senior Level: • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience OR Master's Degree with 3 years of experience OR PhD with 1 year of experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of experience OR High-School with 11 years of experience • Compensation: $99,800 - $156,050 Desired Qualifications • Prior experience working with an intelligence community department or agency. • Experience and application of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203 and 206. • Experience supporting continuous mission operations with the ability to support shift differentials Remote/hybrid status is subject to change based on Noblis and/or government requirements. Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package. Posted Salary Range USD $75,000.00 - USD $156,050.00 /Yr.
